1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle rookie card next to banded cash stacks from the largest cash sale at the West Coast Card Show in Anaheim, July 2026
The 1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle that became our largest cash sale to date at $35k.

The busiest show weekend of the year, and we chose Anaheim over Dallas and Fanatics Fest. As a new vendor, the two other shows drawing vendors in different directions likely opened the door for us to vend (which we were fine with). Right away, you could tell that this was a high-end show with high-end buyers. As one Dallas regular vendor put it, “the money is in Cali.” The Jordan, Kobe and Ohtani cards we'd stockpiled moved fast.

Football did not move as well here as it normally does in Texas, but basketball and baseball seemed much more popular than we are used to. Having been to Dallas a number of times, there was definitely a larger basketball presence here.

We tried MBA for the first time and did very well with 4 of our 5 cards getting Gold Diamond Labels. Was disappointed that 52 Mantle only got Bronze, but happy with the overall result. The labels will add value to the Mantles and Curry Kaboom we submitted.

We sold five Mantles total, and the trip was highlighted by our largest cash sale ever — a 1951 Mickey Mantle for $35k — and our largest cash buy, a PSA 10 Topps Finest Jordan insert for $34,500. To date, this was probably our favorite show due to the size, inventory, dealer quality, and easy logistics with the hotels being next door. There were even food trucks close by that were a great lunch option.
