This was an especially important show for me. I had been going to TriStar shows since the early 90's with my own Dad, so vending at my first one was a cool experience. TriStar was my first nationally known show and it offers a good mix of vintage, memorabilia and modern. The NRG arena is an easy drive for us, so that too was a nice luxury versus what we are used to with Katy, Rosenberg and Conroe.
Had to set up Thursday by myself, with Grayson in class. Friday was incredibly busy and all of my Mantles sold — the biggest being a 1953 PSA 7 that sold for nearly $30k.
Major pickups on Sunday were a PSA 10 Shohei Ohtani auto, a $20k lot of raw case hits, and the 2020 Optic Brady Super Bowl Downtown PSA 10.
