Will we be there?

FILL_BOOTH_STATUS — update once the next Houston date is confirmed.

When we work this show we buy all three days: PSA and BGS across the board, SGC on vintage, autographs, memorabilia and sealed wax. Single cards from $500 up. Raw cards in person only — a show is exactly that, so bring them. Collections and estates we handle separately, off the show floor.

We pull comps at the table and pay same-day cash. If you're bringing something substantial and want time set aside, send it over beforehand or text (832) 523-0042 and we'll block off part of the morning.

What the floor is like

This is a convention-floor show, not a hotel ballroom, and the difference is the whole character of it. Roughly 350 tables at the George R. Brown means you can spend a full day and still miss a corner — dollar boxes and trade stock at one end, six-figure showcase inventory at the other, with a Pokémon and TCG section that pulls a different crowd than the sports tables.

Friday is the dealer day. Doors open later, the floor is thinner, and most of the serious trading happens before the weekend crowd shows up. Our first Friday here produced the biggest trade we'd done to that point. If you're coming to deal rather than browse, Friday is the ticket worth buying.

Saturday is the volume day and it gets genuinely crowded, especially when the promoter books autograph guests — the 2026 Houston edition brought in Astros signings, which changes the mix on the floor considerably. Sunday runs shorter and quieter, and it's the day sellers tend to move on price.

FILL_FLOOR_NOTES — add your own read: how the buyer mix skews here versus H-Town at the same venue, whether vintage or modern moves better in this room, and whether it's worth the drive from outside Houston. This is the section nobody else can write.

How this show has gone for us before

Common questions

Is the Dallas Card Show in Houston the same as the one in Dallas?

Same promoter, different city. The Dallas Card Show runs events across several Texas markets. The Houston edition is at the George R. Brown downtown and is a separate weekend from the Dallas-area shows in Allen.

How many tables are there?

Around 350. It runs on a convention floor rather than a hotel ballroom, which makes it one of the larger shows on the Texas calendar.

Can I sell cards without renting a table?

Yes. Buying booths work the floor at every show, us included. Walk your cards up and you can have a cash offer in a few minutes without renting anything. Bring a photo ID for larger cash transactions.

When is the next Houston date?

Not yet announced. The 2026 edition ran August 21–23, and the show has held to a late-August window. We update this page as soon as the promoter posts it.

Other Houston-area shows we work

The Dallas Card Show is one weekend here. We're at Houston-area shows most months — H-Town, Space City in Rosenberg, Katy, TriStar and The Wood in Friendswood — and we buy at all of them. See the full schedule →
